After a thrilling back-and-forth series, the Adirondack Aces turned in a dominant game 7 performance, beating the Charleston Chiefs in a 10-3 rout to take the 2022 Atkinson Cup.
The game was tied 2-2 after one but Alex Tuch scored a pair in the second to put the Aces up 4-2, then Adirondack took over in a dominant 6-goal third period to claim the championship — the franchise’s first title since 2000.
